acai smoothie bowl recipe !

Hi friends!! Thanks for keeping up with the blog! Today I’ll be sharing with y’all a recipe, it’s one of my favorite things, an acai smoothie bowl! It’s super refreshing in the summer,  but also delicious to enjoy in any season! Makes a great snack, or meal:)

ingredients~

  1. 2 Sambozan Acai smoothie packs (unsweetened)
  2. 1 banana
  3. 1 cup each of strawberries, blueberries, & raspberries
  4. 1 cup coconut water
  5. 1/2 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
  6. 1 tbsp. Maca (optional) 3 tbsp. flaxseed (optional)

 

Acai bowl toppings~

  1. 1/2 cup granola
  2. 1/2 Banana (slices)
  3. /4 cup Quartered Strawberries or Blueberries
  4. 1/4 cup Shredded Coconut
  5. 1 tbsp. Agave Nectar or Raw Honey

 

Directions~

  1. Break frozen acai up into chunks and place in blender.
  2. Add other Acai Bowl Ingredients in this order:
    • 1 banana
    • 1 cup (strawberries/blueberries/raspberries)
    • 1 cup Coconut Water
    • 1/2 cup Almond Milk
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Add Toppings in this order:
    • Granola
    • Banana Slices
    • Quartered Strawberries or Blueberries
    • Shredded Coconut
  5. Drizzle with Agave Nectar or Raw Honey

 

As I said this Acai Bowl is awesome! You can make it any day, at any time, breakfast, lunch, dinner, you name it!! Definitely try making this, and if you do, let me know what you think of it!!
